When is PF registration mandatory?
Any establishment with 20 or more employees must register with EPFO. Voluntary registration is also available.
What is the current PF contribution rate?
Both employer and employee contribute 12% of basic salary. Employer's contribution also includes 0.5% to EDLI.
Is ESIC applicable to all employees?
ESIC applies to employees earning up to ₹21,000/month (₹25,000 for persons with disabilities) in establishments with 10+ employees.
